Identification, prioritization and communication of problems that need to be addressed.

We are all going to be in better positions with better companies within 6 months.

Co-workers are as much in the dark about the direction of the company as I am.

Listen to customer feedback. Listen to employee feedback. Then prioritize solutions, communicate solutions and implement solutions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is absolutely NOT as advertised on this site. There is a lot of lack of transparency at Midigator.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Company culture isn't developed from online contests or lunch and learn meetings. It is developed from interaction and engagement - The executive team wouldn't understand that.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Meetings for meetings sake are pointless. Have take away action items to get completed! No more randomly scheduled company-wide meetings to address issues SOME employees have. Call them out and get things corrected. Listen to your customers and act on the feedback.
