  • 70% (employee only - no dependents) insurance with $3k deductible. Other than that - absolutely NO unique perks. Not to say that the insurance is unique - maybe uniquely selfish.

  • 2 out of the 100+ employees I worked with were NOT Caucasian. Pretty even split between men & women at the ground level however as you move up the chain there are less and less women until you arrive at the ownership team which is all Male (3/3).

  • What goes in (employees) typically is what comes out (work & success). Midigator relies on heresay and recommendations rather than work history and strong interview processes. The interview is just formality - if the owners buddies like you, you are in.

  • They will tell you things like, “we are all in this together. We are going to make mistakes and learn from them & grow as a team. Your input and ideas are what we need to grow.” Those are just to sugar coat the facade. Your schedule is 100% flexible as long as you are always available via telegram, Skype, Lattice, wework, email and phone.

  • The smallest amount of compensation provided that equates the maximum growth. Unfortunately they are so busy changing strategies and employees that no traction has ever been established.

  • 1) Family friend of the owners. 2) Ability to say yes to the ideas of ownership knowing they are ridiculous while being confident enough to do the things that should be done to get results. Then sit back and watch the ownership & executive team take the credit for your effort.

  • Absolutely zero notice given. You get to work and receive a phone call with one owner and the CFO asking for your personal email to send a separation contract. 2 minutes into the call your email and all Midigator related sign o s for software are frozen. You are told to box up your stuff and leave. THIS COMPANY IS A DEAD END!!!!

  • The random unexplained layoffs off good employers combined with favoritism by the owners has made this place TOXIC. It might never get fixed at this point as great people & employees are leaving to choose healthier environments and leaving the Midigator career graveyard. SAD!!
