Annually you submit a self-assessment via a few short answers, managers may collect feedback from those you’ve worked closely with, then you’ll receive a formal review from your manager culminating in a 1-5 scale rating. Historically at EMC, managers have needed to report some direct reports as over achievers and some as lagging.

As understanding as your manager. Generally, very good with great flexibility and flextime when needed.
