How does Infoblox handle HR issues?
Infoblox has local HR business partners who will sit down with employees to work through issues. These folks are largely effective despite the snotty response below.
Poorly and carelessly
What should I wear for an interview at Infoblox?
Smart-looking business casual clothes such as a dress shirt and slacks for men (no tie) and a dress or shirt/slacks also for women. Work outfits are casual (especially with COVID), but you want to look nicer for an interview.
I would recommend "business casual" - some khaki (or similar cotton) slacks, a light-colored button-down shirt, nice belt and shoes. Bring a folio or leatherette attache with a pad and pen or pencil to take notes and hold extra copies of your resume and reference sheet. Having a copy of the job description ("JD") in there is also a great idea, so you can study the terms they use and reinforce your comments to match their language.

How can I improve my chances of being hired at Infoblox?
Regardless of what project you're working on, showing you understand how DNS works - even if you never need to code for it - shows you're "on board" with the company's core product. Demonstrate your Python knowledge. It's used a lot, and they like that. Get good with AWS/Cloud tech - they're trying very hard to move into the cloud space and any experience - real or apparent - will help you stand out. Any security experience - even if just doing "more secure" coding - will also help. They are trying so hard (and mostly failing) at becoming a security player. Having that on your resume won't hurt a bit.
What kind of people succeed at Infoblox?
Driven team players
How secure do you feel at your job at Infoblox?
The Tacoma site is hiring like crazy, even still, and those positions are very safe. Other non-California sites are experiencing similar, if somewhat reduced, levels of hiring. The Santa Clara site, however, is experiencing a draw-down - they are actively relocating people to non-CA sites and reducing their salaries commensurately with the local compensation rate. If you were applying for a CA-based job, I would be concerned.
