What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent and they are easy to talk to when it comes to anything about the organization. We have an incredible open-door policy and connecting with them on all topics always feels collaborative.

The best part about my compensation package is that it is not only the "pay" - it is the many options available when it comes to benefits including health, professional development and beyond.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt the interview process was smooth and enjoyed meeting people who I would be directly working with. I enjoyed having insight into how my position would contribute to the success of my department and the organization as a whole.

I appreciated the transparency, quick turnaround, and how open and friendly the interviewers were, it felt like a real conversation, not a test (while they also tested my accounting knowledge). I had the chance to ask as many questions as I wanted so I knew what I was signing up for!

Decisions are delayed due to over thinking. Where things matter decision are slow, when it does not, you want to change things immediately.
Many rounds and many months to get through the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to be creative and own the process. I love being able to collaborate with my team and others to innovate and enhance.

Some of the people are good to work with.
To be honest, the flexible hybrid schedule and collaboration days. Employees are expected to work from office two days a week, and we are provided with lunch, lots of snack and drinks option and pet friendly offices. Of course, the opportunity to learn from and work with world class talent.
