I realky like that I get to help people accomplish more, wherher that's a teammember or customer. I love my team, the culture...I'm happy.
I like that our leadership team is communicative, supportive, and leads by example. With each decision they make they do it with an employee first mentality.
I woukd say the most positive aspect about the culture and environment are the people in it. Everyone has a voice, gets to be themselves, contributes to its improvement, and the leadership team supports that.
My team is really supportive and communicative. Everyone is heard whether you're seasoned or new and everyone plays a role in our success. Between Level 10s, One on Ones, and team chat, we're always connected and provided the right avenues to talk, ask, or escalate.
I enjoyed the approach. Granted, I interviewed six years ago, so we've likely evolved since then, but I realky enjoyed the questions asked. Questions I'd never been asked before that felt refreshing as they helped them get to know me as a person and gauge my aptitude and fit in the role/company.
