I've worked here for six years now and really enjoy the culture cultivated and the leadership group. I feel supported and I feel I can reach out to anyone and get help and support. I really enjoy working here.
Hired on as an intern and was put into a sink or swim environment with basically no training or supervision. If you can swim or learn how fast it's great, if no you'll probably be let go quickly.
This is the best company I've ever worked for. Miles Technologies stands by its Core Beliefs and is an awesome diverse and inclusive team of great talent. I love my job and my coworkers, everyone is willing to lend a hand when needed.

Being able to do what I love and apply my skills every day. We help people accomplish more with technology, which is awesome!
My job makes me happy. I have never encountered a better work environment with new challenging and rewarding every day.

Free food for lunch/breakfast saves me money. Our flexible hours allow me to take care of family obligations without worrying.
Compensation package includes things like tuition reimbursement for ongoing learning, potential bonuses for industry certs, etc.

The company culture at Miles' focuses on work-life balance and career goals. I don't think it gets much better.
Friendly, positive, helpful people all around. We are a team and in some cases a family that help each other as well as our customers.

We have a clear vision for what our company does and why we do it - the leadership team is great about setting and focusing that vision.
Every member of Miles' management team wants the best for their employees. They enjoy helping their employees accomplish goals.
What are some of the best things about your team at Miles IT?
There is a purpose for every meeting - education, collaboration, decision, etc. It's clear going in and we focus on the purpose.
My team is fantastic. Everyone is happy to step up and help each other out.

You can switch pretty easily. Usually just an interview or two with the new manager.

Fantastic. Everyone is super helpful. There isn't any "office drama". We all work towards a common cause (to help our customers accomplish more) and work well together to accomplish it.
