Not even worth the time.

I've worked here for six years now and really enjoy the culture cultivated and the leadership group. I feel supported and I feel I can reach out to anyone and get help and support. I really enjoy working here.

Hired on as an intern and was put into a sink or swim environment with basically no training or supervision. If you can swim or learn how fast it's great, if no you'll probably be let go quickly.

This is the best company I've ever worked for. Miles Technologies stands by its Core Beliefs and is an awesome diverse and inclusive team of great talent. I love my job and my coworkers, everyone is willing to lend a hand when needed.

I like that our leadership team is communicative, supportive, and leads by example. With each decision they make they do it with an employee first mentality.

The leadership of Miles Technologies really listens to the employees. In a weekly 1 on 1 you have the opportunity to bring up and issue or opportunities you see and work towards your career goasl. Your manager will help to eliminate obsticles so every employee can build the career they want.

They are open to listening and finding better ways to do things, both for our customers and for employees.

I like that they continue to work on Vision of where we are and where we are going. I like how the leadership team is always available if needed. Never have I been uneasy about interrupting if it is a true emergency.

I love that our HR team is always searching for the best rates/coverage packages with everyone (200+) in mind.

Health Care is alwasy going to be expensive. Miles has sources several plans with different levels affordability. The coverage is good.

The retirement 401k matching program is great.

Well, I can't just pick one. The free food, the free education the education reimbursement and bonuses, the individual Chromebooks Miles is always looking out for their employees!

My team is really supportive and communicative. Everyone is heard whether you're seasoned or new and everyone plays a role in our success. Between Level 10s, One on Ones, and team chat, we're always connected and provided the right avenues to talk, ask, or escalate.

People help each other accomplish more by jumping in on a project or task, and by helping others learn and grow in their careers. Taking time to help others even in a fast paced environment is awesome!

Everyone is always ready to help whether it be a server going down or you have to make it to your kid's sports game. Everyone contributes and helps each other out when needed!

We work collectively as a team and collaborate all the time

I woukd say the most positive aspect about the culture and environment are the people in it. Everyone has a voice, gets to be themselves, contributes to its improvement, and the leadership team supports that.

The company's core beliefs are actually part of how work gets done and people interact every day - its not just meaningless writing on the wall.

The freedom to think outside of the box, not being micromanaged and all of the perks that come with it. We have an awesome indoor rec facility that includes a gym, basketball, volleyball, billiards, ping-pong the works!

It is a family environment every one here is helpful and kind

Everyone is willing to help - from your own team members to your manager to the executive team. It feels like we are all in this together.

I enjoyed the approach. Granted, I interviewed six years ago, so we've likely evolved since then, but I realky enjoyed the questions asked. Questions I'd never been asked before that felt refreshing as they helped them get to know me as a person and gauge my aptitude and fit in the role/company.

Being able to do a video interview on my own time, and having people there to help me through the process as it progresses to live interviews, and everybody is helpful about the work and the job and the company.

I realky like that I get to help people accomplish more, wherher that's a teammember or customer. I love my team, the culture...I'm happy.

Our corporate culture, my co workers and the duties of my job make me happy to go to work every day. I can't imagine ever working anywhere else.

Being able to help our customers and other people on our staff accomplish more, whether its with technology (which can be frustrating to many people) or with building a great career.

I get to use my mind. Constantly learning and striving towards a common goal!
