My overall experience with the company has had its ups and downs. The biggest down was the absolute deletion of commission for UWC's. This has affected me drastically and will determine my place in the company.

With the multiple roles I play I feel I'm due for a raise but not a raise that makes me feel that this is monotonous. I would like to feel more valued and involved with how my store runs.
