What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team at my location is fair with employees and hard working.
Leadership is a young group of talent at every level of the organization, real people who have a genuine concern for our well-being. Driven by the success of the MIT Program (Manager in Training)
HR is good at selecting the right people for the job. They are a mature company, few growing pains. They have a good formula for success, wash, rinse, and repeat. The leadership and management competency is high.
They do care and some want to see us grow
Very business casual but still gets everything done efficiently.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just being more professional and productive. Communication is an issue as well.
Leadership team needs to come up with a manual on how to spot leaders; they help people they know/like to move up but not the actual hard working, passionate and dedicated employees that are natural leaders.
The leadership team is always changing do to putting people in those positions without a well rounded organization person fit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tips calculated & divided based on your hours, are paid every 2 weeks averaging an additional $3 to $10 per hour

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers don't really care so you'll never feel valued unless you can somehow find a way to stay with the company. The work isnt hard, so it matches the pay but depending on weather the pay is definitely not worth it. But the pay isnt a liveable wage.

With the multiple roles I play I feel I'm due for a raise but not a raise that makes me feel that this is monotonous. I would like to feel more valued and involved with how my store runs.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a real team should.
Team leader competent, charismatic, engaged, great at rallying his subordinates.
We all have fun, everyone is very personable, and we all work hard.
Some of them are hardworking
Everyone is friendly and awesome to work with. Very good teamwork on everybody's part.

There are many people who operate in fear. They are protective and spend time on negatively impacting others versus innovating or risk taking to positively impact company outcomes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not the normal left field interview questions. Everything was directly related to technical competencies.
