Poor management. They never really help outside unless corporate is there. Favoritism is definitely shown to people who have been there longer. Expect you to stand out in the sun all day and complain and talk behind your back to other Employees. Honestly, I don't recommend working there.

Just being more professional and productive. Communication is an issue as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers don't really care so you'll never feel valued unless you can somehow find a way to stay with the company. The work isnt hard, so it matches the pay but depending on weather the pay is definitely not worth it. But the pay isnt a liveable wage.
