My overall experience with the company has had its ups and downs. The biggest down was the absolute deletion of commission for UWC's. This has affected me drastically and will determine my place in the company.

The community, brotherhood, and automatic sense of familairity.

Conversing with my fellow employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That there were free snacks there for the taking. It made me feel like I was cared for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're never too far away to reach you know. If something is tangible and you want it. These guys will see you through in that you get it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the multiple roles I play I feel I'm due for a raise but not a raise that makes me feel that this is monotonous. I would like to feel more valued and involved with how my store runs.
