Increasing work expectations (including responsibilities of other departments) and decreasing holidays/benefits.
Quality of coworkers is great. Quantity and effectiveness is lacking. OT is off limits and morale is dwindling. Any positive news and energy would be appreciated
Stress is high among directors, and they take it out on the rungs below. Stability and support on a daily level would improve future outlook. The company appears to be on extremely unstable ground
