Team members are really smart, productive, intelligent and hard working. It's such a pleasure to work with the people around me.
The culture is great as is, but it could be even better if our leadership team really examined some of the perennial problems.
Compensation is really opaque. There's been a shift in recent years towards making pay more transparent, but there are longstsanding issues that have never been addressed.
The leadership team is really responsive and they have a feedback structure in place that allows them to hear what employees think, but they don't address the issues that come up every year around compensation and opportunities for advancement.
