I work in a role that's challenging and exciting, and I appreciate that every day brings something new to learn about. Our CEO tells us during orientation that the company looks at talent as a long-term investment, and their actions back that. I've grown tremendously since I started working here

A bit fast-paced at the start due to the launch of a new publication, it took several months to establish a comfortable base on how to handle to work load. During the ramp-up phase I was able to learn quite a bit about the company and what we offer. I enjoy my job and look forward to keep growing.

I appreciate that they are taking the initiative to be more transparent as a company (i.e. diversity figures, etc.). I think they have more work to do to ensure full transparencyy, but glad they are taking the steps.

No micro-managers. Everyone is highly professional and offers comprehensive guidance to any concern. Extremely supportive and awards recognition for accolades which consistently improve company culture and employee dedication.

The leadership team is really responsive and they have a feedback structure in place that allows them to hear what employees think, but they don't address the issues that come up every year around compensation and opportunities for advancement.

Compensation is really opaque. There's been a shift in recent years towards making pay more transparent, but there are longstsanding issues that have never been addressed.

My colleagues are truly good and wonderful people. Some have become like family. I feel lucky to work with them, and often think about how crazy it is that I have more fun with my coworkers than most people do with their friends
