The company leadership seems to truly care about its employee base, and want to make the work experience as enjoyable as possible for us. They go to great lengths to make staffers feel valued - a rarity in news media
I appreciate that they are taking the initiative to be more transparent as a company (i.e. diversity figures, etc.). I think they have more work to do to ensure full transparencyy, but glad they are taking the steps.
They are responsive to feedback from staff
No micro-managers. Everyone is highly professional and offers comprehensive guidance to any concern. Extremely supportive and awards recognition for accolades which consistently improve company culture and employee dedication.
They're available and familiar with the company.
Always looking for ways to improve business, willing to try new avenues, but also cut bait when something isnt working
Our leadership team is very transparent and is always looking out for the best interest of the employees. They have also taken steps to make sure Money-Media is aware and out in front of all workplace issues that arise today.
They take feedback seriously and have created a culture that people are proud of.
The leadership team is really responsive and they have a feedback structure in place that allows them to hear what employees think, but they don't address the issues that come up every year around compensation and opportunities for advancement.
