The people doing the stressful jobs are patient with each other and understand when someone is frustrated. That makes it a more forgiving environment among peers.
Try doing the job of your employees for one month and with the pay they receive, then reconsider your 6 figure bonuses before you tell your employees you don't have the money to give them raises.
Jobs like this are thankless from the customer, but shouldn't be thankless from management. and a $5 pizza party doesn't count. Pay your employees better and be compassionate about the amount of stress that comes from customers as part of the job. Don't add to it with unrealistic/impossible metrics.
