It's been a great ride. People let me work and do my thing. I'm trusted. I learn a lot. Sometimes the energy at sales meetings feels a bit too manufactured, a little too "Rah Rah" and forced, and I don't think we need that. People want to win. But overall it's great. I don't want to leave.

working at Motivosity is a great adventure. People are happy, excited about work, and because the leadership team actually listens to employees, employees are more willing to share good ideas. I've really enjoyed being part of something that has such potential for greatness!

We sell motivosity. What else do we really need? Seriously, we are encouraged to stay young, to take time off, to do self care and keep learning. We are supposed to work hard and play too.

Knowing my manager cares about my success. Freedom. Not knowing exactly what is going to happen each day. New challenges. Variety. Trust. A willingness from leadership to listen to our experiences and not discount them outright

there is an attitude of positivity and hope that comes from the top. It's easier to buy into when leadership exemplifies happiness at work. Plus, we focus on the wins. And even when there is failure I never hear threats about job loss. That is very motivating
