Everything runs through their in-house recruiters and they are only interested in hiring people with exactly matching experience; don't expect to "break into" the advertising world here. They will only present you to hiring managers if you meet all the qualifications. Once past the recruiters, expect to be interviewed by 2-3 manager level people who are generally unprepared and too busy to give a real interview, but if they feel you can do they job they'll give you a thumbs up. Bring a portfolio if you are a creative person, but it's more about where you worked before than your talent. Also remember, MRM keeps positions listed for months with no intention of actually hiring anyone. Most open positions aren't actually funded, they just want to seem like they are growing.
Their recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn inviting me to apply for a role in the company. I've heard good things about them so I agreed to be interviewed. The interviewer didn't show up. No explanations.
