Unlimited vaca, good healthcare and vision

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay so little for the work of 2 employees
I would feel better if I were compensated at what the market pays, taking into account the scope of my responsibility as compared to my peers, and if I were recognized for my wins.
Paid about 20% less than I'd like.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I wish they were more interactive
We work together as a team well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This felt like high school. People tlaked about each other all the time and they pick on minorities

Feeling well aligned with my peers and my team.

What did you like most about the interview process?
This was so long ago, but in general, fair, focused on perspectives and approaches to solving marketing problems.
The recruiter was so knowledgeable about MRM and the work we do for our clients. The interview process was efficient and the recruiter proactively kept me up to speed on the process. She was amazing!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There was no structure in the interview. They brushed it off as they were hiring a lot of people so interviews would be short. Interviewer tried to put on this cool vibe to seem more millennial focused. I found it a bit strange but needed a job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Respect, collaboration, insights, teamwork. It doesn't always happen.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just about everything is wrong in the content department of MRM. No structure, favoritism, horrible office behavior, unrealistic deadlines, and poor management. There would have to be a clean sweep off most management and staff to get this department to where it needs to be.
