Paid about 20% less than I'd like.
Overall, I enjoy what I do and who I work with. No company is perfect, but MRM comes close.
Just about everything is wrong in the content department of MRM. No structure, favoritism, horrible office behavior, unrealistic deadlines, and poor management. There would have to be a clean sweep off most management and staff to get this department to where it needs to be.

Great opportunity to positively impact and influence an agency. Leadership is open to new ideas; employees are energized for positive change especially coming out of the Pandemic
