How employees describe working at National Veterinary Associates
Patients, team, clients and my exorbitant wealth
I feel supported in my work. I don't feel like we're a corporate owned clinic. Doctors are paid well. Support staff are paid better than they used to be, but still not enough for the field of work and skill they need.
Helping patients and clients with positive outcomes
The general manager was pleasant and knows what she is doing
All corporate cares about is numbers and money. It is easy to focus on numbers when you only have to worry about items. Trying to only focus on numbers while operating with living beings is unrealistic. Additionally we are expected to grow our numbers but not given the budget or tools to do so.
