She genuinely cares about the doctors and staff., clients and patients and is excellent with communication. She goes above and beyond for us. BUT she constantly has to fight with corporate to get things for us.

They are honest and helpful. They listen well and work with you to find solutions to problems or creative new ideas for growth.
The management team does their best to listen to our concerns and troubleshoot problems.
Staffing more, paying more competitive wages and better benefits ( health insurance)
realistic goals and ideas to actually improve rather than choke growth
Upper management needs to be aware of what location managers are doing and treating employees
dont be so picky and help out
Being honest and forthcoming and communication
The Health and Wellness Fund.

Insurance, vacation/holiday times, flexibility on contract benefit negotiation
matching 401k and time off
Having a quality dental plan
401k is really good for matching
An opportunity to actually take a few days off to attend CEs, overnight staff isn't allowed to take time off that isn't well planned. Day staff does not cover night staff frequently and it causes rifts. Yearly pay raises are ok. Our insurance changed and is more expensive and worse quality.

Our new health benefits are terrible: more expensive plans with equally more expensive co-pays with fewer things covered. Rate of pay is less compared to other clinics in the area. We used to be able to order food and snacks to help boost morale, but that has been taken away.

Getting stock options would certainly help employees feel a greater sense of ownership of the company and care about it more
Considering the high demand, daily occurrence of at least one accident to clean, as well as nearly never being staffed properly especially with the additional options we have, we should make at least $15 hourly. At a minimum enough that a full 40hr can pay bills.
If they gave me a chance to prove to them that it was a miscommunication, and that they would give me the chance to help the hospital in a way that it needs.
Our cohesiveness. We work well together

The excellent teamwork and hardworking attitudes
We do the best we can. We need better managers.
My coworkers are great and we work well together. It's corporate that is the issue.
Communication, efficency, and recieving critisim/giving constructive feedback verses gossiping.
Better management would improve all employees
Open communication and conflict resolution. Staff needs to speak up when they are dissatisfied.
Our manager. Everyone seems calm and supportive.
Review from Operations Dept
My immediate coworkers are fantastic and dedicated
We are a family. We support each other and help each other out during the rough times.
Co workers. We get along mostly
The staff that continue to encourage, and uplift each other on a daily basis.
Keeping an adequate inventory in stock, hiring quality people instead of just bodies, having appropriately staffed shifts, and bringing back the snacks!

People need to feel valued and cared for instead of just being a cog in the wheel.
Hire better leaders with training and personel skills
Easier and more accessible methods of reporting unprofessional behavior that doesn't back fire on the victim.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Adoption of certain standards across hospitals where policies and supports are in place to take care of the mental health of team members as well as boundaries for what is considered inappropriate client behavior and how to address them.
I was promised mentorship and skill development

the ease of communication with the manager and other vet. The next level person was not as good at responding and seemed very "corporate"
Review from Operations Dept
It was not noteworthy from memory
The general manager was pleasant and knows what she is doing
Review from Customer Success Dept
It was unremarkable and slightly misleading
dont make it so complicated
I had 5 interviews and it took over a month to get hired

Follow through on thing discussed at interview/hiring.
Interview was rushed and was less then an hour long

Communication and culture are the biggest thing that need to be addressed
communication, pto, keeping cleaning supplies in stock, actually listening to employees, not making employees put clients before their safety
Lack of management, structure, protocol
Not to fire staff when they are understaffed.
