Friendship and quality of care provided

Very collaborative and good people

My team is open, and supportive.

we work hard and do our best to help doctors and technicians

Review from Operations Dept

My coworkers are great. They are not the issue.

All of my coworkers want what is best for our patients

No matter what challenges management seems to throw at us, we all have each other's backs and work hard together to provide the best patient care possible.

My coworkers are amazing. My doctors are kind and lovely. I love my cleints and my patients and the relationships ive made.

Good professional skills, good professional ethics

We have great doctors and techs. Everyone works hard and all the techs are highly experienced and work well together. Its very disapointing that managment issues and poor leading is causeing a toxic work enviroment. Its bad when your company doesnt value how lucky they are to have good staff.

Heart. And inclusion. Everyone fits and everyone has a place.

Talented. Great culture. Supportive. Caring. Kind.

Most of us get along and care about the animals

Great group of people, good experience

Extremely positive environment! I love my coworkers and they have gone out of their way to encourage me and support my growth on the job. We all work well together and everybody cares for one another.

Very supportive and helpful, friendly attitude

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We do the best we can. We need better managers.

My coworkers are great and we work well together. It's corporate that is the issue.

Communication, efficency, and recieving critisim/giving constructive feedback verses gossiping.

Open communication and conflict resolution. Staff needs to speak up when they are dissatisfied.

Better management would improve all employees

There are no staff meetings. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the work situation so that each employee knows exactly what their role is and also is not.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Everyone needs to take the time to listen to each other more effectively.

Firing people who create hostile work environments.

They have no motivation, they do not communicate properly, if at all.

Review from Admin Dept

Stop the toxic work culture.

My coworkers are not held at the same standard as others, they get to come to work to have their phones out, hands in their pocket, hide in the bathroom while I feel as if I am constantly picking up their slack. We have coworkers bullying orher coworkers and nothing is being done about it.

work together and stop chit chatting

Sharing a fair and equal amount of work with our team, as opposed to putting a bunch of tasks on one person. No more micromanaging/bullying from senior techs.

I do not feel included in decisions

The work enviroment is very hostile, ive had a metal trash can thrown at me (toward my lower region), the communication is extremely poor, and everyone has a very poor attitude.

Held to the same standards

The colleuges i was with would call us "stupid" and other derigitory names.

Actually show up and do the work needed rather than being on their cell phone or only taking on exciting tasks.

Hiring incompetent technical staff and offering little to zero training. Training programs and hired cvt should be required for all hospitals.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Issues are never addressed the office manager has no clue about veterinary medicine
