Q&A With National Veterinary Associates Employees

How employees describe working at National Veterinary Associates
I stayed for a full year, but the lack of follow through for fixing issues is not handled well or quickly by the high management. Middle and direct managers do there best, but if nothing happens when problems are reported, it's pointless. They took away our snack and drink and holiday incentives too
During your interview you are promised so many things, mentorship, learning new skills, mental well-being support, etc. In reality it's the same sink or swim mentally. HR apparently only gives a crap about making money and to hell with the little people.
Our manager. Everyone seems calm and supportive.
Review from Operations Dept
Patients, team, clients and my exorbitant wealth
I feel supported in my work. I don't feel like we're a corporate owned clinic. Doctors are paid well. Support staff are paid better than they used to be, but still not enough for the field of work and skill they need.
