Diversity and Inclusion at New Energy Equity

Our company culture has evolved beyond happy hours and holiday parties. We not only value diversity and inclusion but actively cultivate it through education, training, and best-practice hiring and retention policies. We have four DEIJ goals: 1. Increase diversity in our job candidacy pool; 2. Actively seek candidates who bring new experiences & backgrounds to our team, be they educational, racial, socioeconomic, or gender-based; 3. Develop policies that retain diverse employees; and 4. Build diversity in the solar industry. To reach these goals, we created a Diversity & Inclusion Committee, with employees from each department across the company.
