The leadership team here is great, they are all working together and spend time growing as leaders as well as communicating in a positive, constructive way.

I appreciate the time that leaders within the company take to connect and get feedback from their teams. Even as a junior member of the company, I feel like my voice is heard and my actions have real impact in the company. Leadership also takes the time to connect personally with their teams.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is always willing to assist and offer help. Being new to this industry, there were many lessons to learn and my team helped me get there!

We are making a difference, there is so much talent and everyone is willing to help

Very communicative without being overbearing.

responsiveness, everyone supports one another

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

A caring environment where people are valued.

The level of respect everyone has for one another. There is a culture that encourages people to uphold a non-judgmental environment so no one is ever left feeling left out.

Culture of inclusivity and kindness

They recently had a Diversity and Inclusion talking circle so I really like they are trying to move forward with the culture. I like that everyone is accepted, no one is rude or demeaning. The CEO has a large part to play since it comes from the top down, he fosters an environment of acceptance.

I appreciate the learning environment within the company - they are willing to invest their resources and time if you are willing to put in the effort to grow. The company also provides regular social events so that employees can build personal relationships and a sense of family within the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

I spoke to a large range of people during my interview process which helped me gain an understanding of the company culture. Being a good fit is important to the team!

Too many interviews and it took a long time

I was happy I had the chance to talk to multiple levels of leadership. From the people who I would be working with day-to-day to the CEO. It gave the sense that they really cared who they brought on the team.

The interview was pretty informal and easy. I've seen other positions where they have a couple rounds of interviews but they seem to go pretty smoothly.

Multiple rounds of interviews were conducted, and included several people from the engineering team. So I was able to ask questions to multiple people in various positions, getting a more wholistic view of the role and department. Interviews felt comfortable and fair.
