New Energy Equity Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

I spoke to a large range of people during my interview process which helped me gain an understanding of the company culture. Being a good fit is important to the team!

Too many interviews and it took a long time

I was happy I had the chance to talk to multiple levels of leadership. From the people who I would be working with day-to-day to the CEO. It gave the sense that they really cared who they brought on the team.

The interview was pretty informal and easy. I've seen other positions where they have a couple rounds of interviews but they seem to go pretty smoothly.

Multiple rounds of interviews were conducted, and included several people from the engineering team. So I was able to ask questions to multiple people in various positions, getting a more wholistic view of the role and department. Interviews felt comfortable and fair.

Multiple parties interview you so that the entire decision is not on a single person

The thorough research to verify assured me I would be working for a professional corporation.

Speaking to leadership and learning about company direction and needs

Met with a broad range of people including manager, co-workers, and CEO.

I like that I interviewed with multiple levels of the company, which helped me to get to know the leadership before I signed on.

I enjoyed meeting several members of the leadership team in addition to the department I'd be joining during the interview process so I could get a strong sense of the culture, goals, communication, and growth strategy of the company.

Meeting the individuals that I would be reporting to. They made me feel very comfortable. They explained the job responsibilities in a unique manner.

Relaxed and reciprocal conversational process; not question and answer.

Met with management and they cared about who they were bringing in

Review from Operations Dept

I got to meet with the CEO and ask him directly about the culture and future of the Company.

honest, straightforward feedback with multiple current employees and managers.

I rated my interviews "easy" because my conversation with every individual with whom I spoke was easy. That's not to say the questions were not challenging. It's just that the conversations were easy to hold.

Down to earth zoom call, relaxing and not awkward

Review from Operations Dept

Meeting with a lot of members of the management team..

I enjoyed that it was not with just one individual, but a whole team, and I got to hear perspectives from a variety of different positions within the company.
