New Energy Equity Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A caring environment where people are valued.

The level of respect everyone has for one another. There is a culture that encourages people to uphold a non-judgmental environment so no one is ever left feeling left out.

Culture of inclusivity and kindness

They recently had a Diversity and Inclusion talking circle so I really like they are trying to move forward with the culture. I like that everyone is accepted, no one is rude or demeaning. The CEO has a large part to play since it comes from the top down, he fosters an environment of acceptance.

I appreciate the learning environment within the company - they are willing to invest their resources and time if you are willing to put in the effort to grow. The company also provides regular social events so that employees can build personal relationships and a sense of family within the company.

While to have fun and enjoy the day while accomplishing our daily tasks

Company events and work hard play hard mindset

Lots of social activity but no pressure to participate.

The general mindset that everyone on the team matters and has a part to play to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Encouraged to build camaraderie and take mental breaks during the work day with in-office games to enhance creativity and decrease burn out.

Interacting with the individuals that I work with. Everyone is always displaying positive attitudes. That means a lot.

Encouraging, professional and team-spirited; hardworking but we don't lose our sense of humor.
