
I would make sure that when putting people in management and supervisor positions that they are qualified and given a code of ethics that are to be followed. Most of the management started on the floor but they so not know a thing about how to manage a team in a professional manner. Its unfortunate that a few rotten apples spoil the bunch. Its hard to have a good attitude when your leadership doesn't.
I would take most of the supervisors, about 85% of them and either train them better or get rid of them.
