What's the work from home policy like at Notarize?

Very flexible work from home policy. Some teams work 100% remotely. It's a very flexible "come and go" culture. Company care most about hiring great people who are collaborative, hard working, and can make a big impact, no matter where they work.

Work from home policy is pretty generous. It's preferred you're in the office when you can be but you can work from home whenever you're sick, have appointments, need to take care of kids, be around for a delivery, etc.

It's pretty open. As long as people are on Slack and let the team know what's happening. There are hangouts-connected tvs in every meeting room and usually one or more people are calling into various meetings.

We are almost all remote, but you can go into the Boston office.
