Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They recently announced that they were reviewing everyone's pay to make sure all people with the same role would get similar pay. If only that was true. Benefits are good. If only we could actually use them. We can barely take PTO & Sick time. We work all holidays. Work life balance does not exist!

There's a very strong drive for DEI. We have a very generous and flexible vacation policy, and we are strongly encouraged to use it.

For engineering: meet with various levels of seniority and areas of expertise. The take home wasn't too aggressive.
My recruiter was a fantastic communicator and always followed up after an interview to discuss the next steps. I never felt like I was sitting in the dark waiting for a response.

A supportive team environment, where collaboration and innovation are encouraged, also boosts my sense of fulfillment. Additionally, the feeling of accomplishment from completing challenging projects and receiving recognition for my contributions adds to my overall satisfaction
