For engineering: meet with various levels of seniority and areas of expertise. The take home wasn't too aggressive.

My recruiter was a fantastic communicator and always followed up after an interview to discuss the next steps. I never felt like I was sitting in the dark waiting for a response.

For product/technical roles the first half of the interview is focused on getting to know you as a person. It is very conversational. Followed by a technical interview that in no way was intimidating.
