The mental health of employees seems to be prioritized over all else. The unlimited PTO, required pandemic day, and monetary wellness benefit are examples of this. In addition, we received a full week off where the company shut down so we could all re-energize.
The focus is on how to improve the product and processes. No one takes feedback personally. Fair and transparent boundaries.
Every department has their own culture, but the HR team is always thinking of new ways to make it more inviting. I love our L&Ls that are lead by our actual team members and our DEI team is wonderful.
