Great, we all love working here.

Our CEO, Pat, is transparent with us as employees. I really value him. However, I do feel like some of the executive team just recruits more of their executive friends and it ends up creating a leadership team that isn't very diverse.

They provide the support and training and is there to help if needed.

Our leadership team is incredible! My biggest takeaways since starting here are that they care deeply about everyone's mental health and earning trust.

Empathetic, care deeply about the whole person, not just productivity levels. They're always seeking out ways to add perks, benefits and overall employee wellness initiatives. The company-wide week off is a great example.
