People in my workplace generally have high-integrity, most want to do a good job, and people in general show care and concern for one another
The people are generally supportive and nice people to be around. Compared with what I hear of other workplaces I think we don't have a lot of infighting or back-stabbing, at least not in my part of the business
They are a relatively new team, but I feel more inspired than the company has had in recent times. I think they have some positive vision for the future and are doing a better job at articulating that (but this maybe only because I've had more access to hear what they have to say more recently).
