What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When i leave to make my deliveries.
The people are generally supportive and nice people to be around. Compared with what I hear of other workplaces I think we don't have a lot of infighting or back-stabbing, at least not in my part of the business
There is a sense of satisfaction when we work together and the customers are happy
Everything seem very good to me. Safety culture is well applied here.
They acknowledge the daily goals
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fair wage and no mistake raises because human resources dont know the positions
Pay! management that actually cares. & Hire qualify people in management
We need to hire more people to share the work load.
