Consistency.. drive to be better everyday
Very little to like about the head manager.
They are a relatively new team, but I feel more inspired than the company has had in recent times. I think they have some positive vision for the future and are doing a better job at articulating that (but this maybe only because I've had more access to hear what they have to say more recently).
They keep you updated and there great people to work for
Trained & qualified people with real experience. Look at there resume & you will see...

The retirement package is very good.
I like the 401K. And I like the fact that it comes in the form of Pilkington stock
401K program might be one of the best.
Give everybody the same raise and not give undeserved mistake raises
For the amount of responsibility and danger involved, (not to mention hard work) it is a grossly underpaid job. 13.50 should be paid hourly, at minimum.
I really like the way the teams work together to produce good parts

Diversity in the group that pull together every day
Sometimes they work well together.
We work together in a timely fashion
People in my workplace generally have high-integrity, most want to do a good job, and people in general show care and concern for one another
It's not the co worker fault. Company told us that they just had to hire bodies & it was there fault of the type people the hired but had no choice

The goal to make customers happy
There is a sense of satisfaction when we work together and the customers are happy
The people are generally supportive and nice people to be around. Compared with what I hear of other workplaces I think we don't have a lot of infighting or back-stabbing, at least not in my part of the business

Fair wage and no mistake raises because human resources dont know the positions
Pay! management that actually cares. & Hire qualify people in management
