Great leadership so far as to leading me to bigger and better opportunities
Consistency.. drive to be better everyday
Very little to like about the head manager.
They are a relatively new team, but I feel more inspired than the company has had in recent times. I think they have some positive vision for the future and are doing a better job at articulating that (but this maybe only because I've had more access to hear what they have to say more recently).
They keep you updated and there great people to work for

I appreciate the way they organize work and are always ready to assist the team for safety and quality production
