    Helpful

    Open up communications. Let employees be involved in decision making that effects them such as pay, benefits. Add a few company incentives -- discounts on Nuance products, etc. Company sponsored activities (company day at local amusement parks, discounts at restaurants, cell phone, TV, etc). Have days dedicated to celebrating certain cultures or parts of the world that work for Nuance.

    The support center should handle more support calls instead of passing them off on field service.

    stop offshoring, give back something at Christmas, get rid of the petty punitive QA scoring

    Fewer managerial layers, more transparency. Better benefits for employees and improve worker equity
