Leadership is a work in progress but some are great to work with.
Good Communication between management in here
Review from IT Dept
Does't think about empolyee's financial growth
Great experience. Best I have had for a long time.
They are very supportive and help you grow
They can work on Communication and organization.
Communication and better training is needed.
Developing operational processes that work and sticking to them, training/hiring quality staff, paying quality staff what they're worth
Everything they do is to belittle and destroy whatever
They need to answer in Teams chat when asked a question. They need to be equal with the new QDS and not assign them three different assignments. This was a horrible experience working from home. I am so stressed from this experience. I cannot even reach HR even.
Healthcare is top notch and incentive is nice.
Benefits are good, stock options given as a bonus but not very much
Pay is commensurate with performance. Bonus, raise and other benefits are competitive.
overall package along with the monitory benefits.
Pay is pretty good but the benefits programs are not the best. The transition to a different vision program has left me wishing I'd stuck with the other healthcare option which was ok but not as appealing as other portions of the one I switched to.
More stock grants and better understanding of merger timelines
Very less growth and yearly hike
No holiday pay, no sick pay, company emails are not answered. Manager refuses to give out email/name of her superior or HR.
Pay is well under market rate. Raises are minimal to non-existent. Rewarding one high performer means denying raises to their teammates.
Sales teams are over worked not given clear direction.
My coworkers are fun. We keep each other motivated.
My group seems mostly helpful, the management seems to be more the issue. It seems to be a figure it out yourself thing
Best people to work in company
We work as a team
Some employees are willing to go above and beyond the norm to accomplish an enormous goal, which the company banks on.
Not be overworked and take it out on each other
Hardworking people who were laid off.
Teams are separate and we were told not to ask questions of others. If you do talk to another team they are nasty and act like you are trying to add work to their load - even when it is work they are supposed to be doing.
coworkers aren't the problem -- management is the problem, don't support the employees
We could work together better if they would let us communicate with each other.
WFH facility is the only thing good
Friendly environment and great people.
They are very inclusive and cultivate strong business and social relationships alike.
the supportive behavior of team and the procedures they follow
Learning with work life balance. Everyone is equal in work.
Everything that this company does is deyrimemtsl
Kindness and compassion over highly unreasonable deadlines
Not good. It became even worse as the layoffs became more and more. Only to find out that Nuance was doing away with the MLS department and outsourcing all the work to companies that pay less than half what Nuance paid.
too much angst about the next round of layoffs, too much work being sent offshore, quality analysis made less punitive and less impact on "good" work
Less managerial rule by fear
The interview process was swift! You receive an answer quickly regarding your application status.
Technical interview is good with people
Good and detailed questions, while offering you a chance to speak and ask questions as well!
Depth of understanding candidate during interview process
questions asked and the interviewer was great
Review from Engineering Dept
More face to face meetings to understand the culture and company goals.
Interaction with coworkers makes me feel happy.
WFH facility is the only good thing and tech to work
Work is enjoyable and it is great experience.
Working with providers and other competent people/co-workers
Team meetings where people who outrank me treat me with respect and make jokes like old friends.
Company won't push back if clients have unreasonable expectations. The culture promotes giving clients what they want in the timeframe they ask for even if it's a bad idea, leads to shoddy work, or causes teams to be massively overworked.
More flexibility and better company morale. Currently there's a revolving door of talent. And people who leave the work gets dumped on other people and there's just moutains of poorly documented work
They laid off the MLS department without any warning. They started outsourcing all the work at a lower rate taking away from what few MLS still remained.
too much work being sent offshore, employees constantly lied to about it, too few new accounts coming in to maintain onshore employee load
Better communication between U.S. employees.
We are a constant work in progress - never satisfied with where we are - always striving to get better and stronger and to give back more.
Cool projects and intelligent coworkers
Being able to work from home
Operations - still a little too hard to get things done. We need to improve some of our systems and processes - and we are working on it!
Significantly different work culture standards baked into projects
Continuity in pay and more options for upward mobility
