What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Company won't push back if clients have unreasonable expectations. The culture promotes giving clients what they want in the timeframe they ask for even if it's a bad idea, leads to shoddy work, or causes teams to be massively overworked.

More flexibility and better company morale. Currently there's a revolving door of talent. And people who leave the work gets dumped on other people and there's just moutains of poorly documented work

They laid off the MLS department without any warning. They started outsourcing all the work at a lower rate taking away from what few MLS still remained.

too much work being sent offshore, employees constantly lied to about it, too few new accounts coming in to maintain onshore employee load

Better communication between U.S. employees.

Hmmm ... hire new management! Your OTs attitudes are horrible towards their team members!

Can't get excited when you know you are not going to make money and they are going to make a new rule to dock what pay you are getting.

We are a constant work in progress - never satisfied with where we are - always striving to get better and stronger and to give back more.

Operations - still a little too hard to get things done. We need to improve some of our systems and processes - and we are working on it!
