My coworkers are fun. We keep each other motivated.
My group seems mostly helpful, the management seems to be more the issue. It seems to be a figure it out yourself thing
Best people to work in company
We work as a team
Some employees are willing to go above and beyond the norm to accomplish an enormous goal, which the company banks on.
They are all incredibly smart and hardworking.
The team is very supportive towards each other and they work collaboratively.
Unity to achieve project goals. Agile.
great coordination great team group goals
Review from Engineering Dept
Caring attitude and willingness to knowledge share are great. Best part about our team is we all try to be nice people.
Committed, intelligent and fun! We laugh a lot, get a ton done and constantly focus on innovating and improving
There are no meetings, there is no "team"
Smart and dedicated, highly collaborative.
We have a great team and the manager is not fit to be a manager
Friendly and push each other
Review from IT Dept
Team members are always willing to lend a hand. The level of healthcare experience is unmatched for a company not directly providing care. Many have been healthcare employees in the past and bring an unparalleled depth of experience the team. Healthcare Division.
Not be overworked and take it out on each other
Hardworking people who were laid off.
Teams are separate and we were told not to ask questions of others. If you do talk to another team they are nasty and act like you are trying to add work to their load - even when it is work they are supposed to be doing.
coworkers aren't the problem -- management is the problem, don't support the employees
We could work together better if they would let us communicate with each other.
The workers are dedicated and work hard. Which is hard when they are criticized for doing their jobs to the best of their abilities.
The people at my level are just hard working people like me trying to make a living.
Workplace tools and structure make it difficult to work as a team
