Nuance Communications Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is a work in progress but some are great to work with.

Good Communication between management in here

Review from IT Dept

Does't think about empolyee's financial growth

Great experience. Best I have had for a long time.

They are very supportive and help you grow

How down to earth they are and just as hard-working as anyone else at the company.

supportive nature and good behaviour

they are focused, helpful, supportive, solution oriented. Always motivates to learn new things.

best team very helping and understanding

Review from Engineering Dept

Everyone is willing to learn from one another. Including leaders

Vision and it's sharing with frequent CEO communication.

The Executive Leadership team seems very capable and communicative. It is in the cascading of this vision, to the first level below management, that is missing. There is a toxic layer in middle management and a concerning culture at some levels.

They are authentically real people who believe in our company and do their best every day. They see our future potential and inspire us all to drive and execute.

Mark is doing well to lead growth at Nuance. He wasnt afraid to cut off parts of the company to focus on what we do best.

Review from IT Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They can work on Communication and organization.

Communication and better training is needed.

Developing operational processes that work and sticking to them, training/hiring quality staff, paying quality staff what they're worth

Everything they do is to belittle and destroy whatever

They need to answer in Teams chat when asked a question. They need to be equal with the new QDS and not assign them three different assignments. This was a horrible experience working from home. I am so stressed from this experience. I cannot even reach HR even.

Actually addressing employee feedback rather than enacting fast, cheap, but ultimately useless solutions.

The company has great potential, but lack of integrity by management is evident in the workplace.

Not being overwhelmed and taking it out on employees through toxic company culture

To decrease the negative managers and look for managers what have experience with positive motivating abilities.

Communication. They laid everyone off.

honesty with employees, MUCH less offshoring

Poor communication with employees in the U.S.

Consider People instead of the bottom line. Stopping travel does not promote well being among dispersed team members.

Review from Engineering Dept

Executive team are fairly invisible - they need to show up more. Sending out a [very] occasional email is not really useful. Walk around!

Review from Engineering Dept

The OTs need to know SOMETHING about their team. Mine has never looked at my application OR file! Communication is horrible!

They are out of touch with the life of employees, what we go through and have to put up with. Doctors and dictators are not perfect.

Horrible HR department. Too much management so too many people who don't actually do anything except make the people working miserable.
