It was virtual. I was a full-time instructor with my previous employer, that did not lend itself well to me leaving for interviews. Oak Street Health worked within my schedule, and I was hired, signed paperwork and did everything seamlessly.

We have fun on down-time, but when we need to work together to meet our goals, we pull together and get our jobs done. I work closely with my providers to meet our goals, and with my MA/Phlebotomist team to meet our metrics. Our motto is we are done when the work is done.
