Everyone contributes at meetings and is important

We ALL work as one Unit. We work so close together that if one person is off, we can pick up the slack because we all know what each of us are working on most of the time

Our team created an atmosphere of empowerment and psychological safety which allowed us to get straight into the work. Unfortunately, this was not appreciated by mgmt.

This Company is one big Family. We are known throughout the Company individually although Corporate may not have met us, they tend to know your name, from Chicago to Philadelphia. And you are recognized weekly for the things that you done throughout the week.
