That it was over zoom and I didn't have to leave my house
It was virtual. I was a full-time instructor with my previous employer, that did not lend itself well to me leaving for interviews. Oak Street Health worked within my schedule, and I was hired, signed paperwork and did everything seamlessly.
It was seamless and allowed open communication to make sure I was a good fit for the job and it was a good fit for me.
