The Leadership Team empowers each team and team member to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. The Executives welcome new ideas, collaboration, and they are embracing the necessary changes to help us grow as an organization.
There are many things, the biggest attribute to me is the feeling of being treated like an adult among my peers, boss and Leadership team. Many companies struggle with the balance of effective leadership and managing a team efficiently. Objective Paradigm does this very well.
I love having the balance of being able to work at home or come into the office. The part is that being in the office is great - I really love seeing my coworkers and getting to know them a bit better (virtual onboarding makes this challenging at times).
Our team is effective, we don't have team meetings just to have meetings. I love that our team is built of individuals with different strengths to balance each other out. We also genuinely enjoy working together. Whether we are remote or in person, I always look forward to being with them.
