What do you like best about the leadership team?

Open, honest, they all work as hard as everyone else. They care about the business and the success of the business

I like the fact that they are people who push us to reach our potential, while also knowing our limits as people.

I have never felt intimidated (or rather a reason to be intimidated) by anyone. I appreciate the way that my superiors are personable and casual as well as patient and helpful.

The leadership team is engaged, they lead by example and work tremendously hard and they are very engaging with the team.

They are very inclusive and informative

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's all good - base, bonus, benefits - it works.

The commuter benefits is particularly useful to me, as I take public transit to the office whenever I'm able to go.

I'm just happy to be able to afford health insurance out of my paycheck.

I like the mix of it being fair, the benefits and then the upside if I perform well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the benefits for time off could be better. I do not feel I should loose my benefits if I do not use them. I would like a buy out option.

I don't feel undervalued as much as I feel like there are other firms who end up paying more than what I make for an adjacent position

What are some of the best things about your team?

The focus and energy. The desire to get things done.

Even though we are spread across vastly different clients, we still find ways to connect and share what works and what doesn't. Collaboration is huge within our team.

Everyone is very connected to each other.

The teams work well together and there are a few of them. We specialize in certain business lines and technologies and you can see how much the teams want to be perform well and still collaborate and share with the other teams

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that people are treated like adults, expected to take care of business but make their own decisions around how to do that.

Generally everyone we work with are great people. It truly shows that we internally recruit people with extreme care, as everyone I've interacted with are devoted and caring individuals.

We give back to the community with out T4Youth foundation

They are committed to doing what is right for the long term. They give you an opportunity to step up and there is always a commitment to the community that gives everyone a chance to be involved. In addition, they provide us with areas of training to keep us to date on current issues

supportive environment while not taking things overly serious, good sense of humor

What did you like most about the interview process?

The process of going through the company and it's opportunities to grow.

I liked that I interviewed with people who are now my colleagues, and not just upper management and C-suite executives.

I felt that I was able to connect with each of the people that interviewed me.

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing people excited and happy while also seeing slight stress to perform even better

Learning new things in our industry. The culture here encourages innovation within your team, and learning new things about our industry excites me.

The ability to work remotely and have a controlled environment for my focus needs.

I feel effective at what I do and that I create value for my clients

I just love that I am doing what I love to do, they our company is well respected and that they back it up
