What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The fact that people are treated like adults, expected to take care of business but make their own decisions around how to do that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think the benefits for time off could be better. I do not feel I should loose my benefits if I do not use them. I would like a buy out option.
